It started with a problem every product manager knows too well: information overload.
Scattered notes, endless meeting threads, customer requests piling up everywhere — and no clear way to make sense of it all. The signal was buried under noise, and the bigger the team grew, the harder it became to keep everyone aligned.
Recognizing the need for a smarter way forward, Thinkpilot was founded in 2024 to help product teams cut through noise and focus on what truly matters.
In one meeting, our CEO Stoimen put it bluntly:
“A PM should feel like Iron Man. They’ve got all this data flying at them, but instead of being overwhelmed, they’ve got a suit that organizes it, contextualizes it, and turns them into a superhero.”
That image stuck with us.
So we built Thinkpilot — a notebook powered by AI that doesn’t just capture information, but contextualizes it around your data. It connects the dots across conversations, meetings, and customer feedback, giving PMs instant clarity and superhuman awareness.
We didn’t want another clunky tool that adds to the noise. We wanted something that feels like slipping on the Iron Man suit: suddenly, everything clicks. You see what matters, you move faster, and you can lead with confidence.
What started with four founders — Stoimen Veselinov (CEO), Megan Wolff (Head of Growth), Kiril Dimitrov (Head of R&D), and Antonio Iliev (CTO) — has become a fast-growing team on a mission:
