Our Story

The Data Gap

Every company sits on a goldmine of customer conversations — support tickets, sales calls, CRM notes, Slack threads. But for years, our founders (Stoimen, Megan, and Antonio) watched the same failure play out: none of that data was usable by the tools that needed it most.

Product teams made roadmap decisions based on gut feeling. Support teams escalated the same issues week after week. Even when teams tried to use AI, they hit the same wall — the models were powerful, but they had zero customer context to work with.

The intelligence wasn't missing; it was locked inside Zendesk, HubSpot, Intercom, Gong recordings, and meeting transcripts — scattered, unstructured, and invisible to AI.

The Moment of Clarity

In one particularly frustrating meeting about feature prioritization, our CEO, Stoimen Veselinov, cut through the noise:

“We have 8,000 tickets telling us exactly what to build, and we're still guessing. The data exists — it's just not in a shape that anything, human or AI, can actually use.”

That reframed everything. The problem was never a lack of data or a lack of intelligence. It was the gap between the two. Customer conversations held the answers, but they were trapped in formats that no AI model — no matter how capable — could access or reason over.
