If you're not satisfied with Thinkpilot for any reason, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase date. No questions asked.
This guarantee applies to:
- First-time subscription purchases
- Plan upgrades (within 14 days of the upgrade)
How to Request a Refund

Processing Time
Once we receive your refund request, we will process it within 5-10 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.
Please note that depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Payment Processing
All payments for Thinkpilot are processed by Paddle.com, who acts as our Merchant of Record. This means:
- Paddle handles all payment processing and billing on our behalf
- Your payment will appear as "PADDLE.NET" on your statement
- Paddle is responsible for handling payment disputes and chargebacks

After the 14-Day Period
After the initial 14-day period:
- Subscription payments are non-refundable for partial billing periods
- You can cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges
- Upon cancellation, you'll retain access until the end of your current billing period
Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. When you cancel:
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period
- You won't be charged for future billing cycles
- Your data will be retained for 30 days after the subscription ends, giving you time to reactivate or export your data
Exceptions
This refund policy does not apply to:
- Accounts terminated due to Terms of Service violations
- Fraudulent or abusive refund requests
- Subsequent refund requests after a previous refund has been granted
